It’s me, Dmitry, back with some thoughts for you to chew on.
Bet you landed from one of your social feeds, right?
No doubt of that one, huh.
One-of-your-social-feeds… Hm. Feels natural. Feels like it’s been that way since the day one. Diversified and comfy: Twitter for sharing your expertise, Facebook for posting your drunk pics and a dozen of other ones for your food porn.
But is it as sexy as it used to be say one, two or three years ago?
No. It’s cluttered.
No doubt that you’ve managed to keep all your profiles you had in ’07 or ’09 to this day and I bet the only thing you get there is hell of a clutter. And that’s not the way to stay on top of the productivity chart if you have to spend up to 1 hour going through your Twitter feed like I do for example.
So here I sit cherry picking the tweets I find smart, articles I decide to read later, vids to check back on. Half of it usually goes right into my Instapaper, about a quarter - into my favorites and I retweet the hot ones right away. So here’s the question - who benefits from this besides me and the guys tracking user actions in Twitter? I guess nobody.
And this is where we’d like to see some justice.

Look, Internet is a cluttered mess. We share bazillions of links every single day. Yet we have no proper tools to somehow organize them. And that’s what we’re after here. We believe that we can make everything people share and like more useful by providing the right tool and service to help them create value out of what they put online. Thus making everybody more productive and happy!
This is only an alpha thought!
In our future releases we’re going to add a Social Filtering Mechanism so that people will be able to receive only what they may find interesting based on their friends activity.
